Established in 2014, the company began with a focused portfolio on residential developments in Dubai. Early projects laid the groundwork for a more defined way of building, developed through continual refinement and close attention to detail.

Growth followed a steady progression rather than rapid expansion. Projects were approached selectively, and each element was handled with precision to ensure lasting relevance.

Today, as Tabeer marks over a decade of experience, it enters a new phase. With a refined identity and a growing scale of projects, the company continues to build on its strong foundation.

Alongside his role at Tabeer, he is closely associated with the Pirani Group, a multi-sector enterprise spanning manufacturing, trading, and real estate, with strategic involvement in International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK).

This broader perspective informs his direction at Tabeer, where he focuses on creating residential and commercial environments shaped by functionality, clarity, and a strong sense of place.

As Vice Chairman, Niaz Hashim Memon brings extensive experience across multiple industries including FnB (Fazco & Manalee Groups), construction (Tabeer Developments & Palm Builders), healthcare (Hashim Medical City), cosmetics (Luvé Skincare), and packaging (IPAK & Universal Carton Industries), reflecting extensive experience in industrial growth and long-term enterprise developments.
